ORDERS & PRODUCTION

What does "on demand" mean?

Every item in our store is made specifically for you when you place your order — we don't keep pre-printed inventory on a shelf. This means your gear is freshly produced, one order at a time, which is how we keep quality high and offerings fresh.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Because each item is produced after you order, please allow 7–10 business days for production and shipping. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Heads up: During high-volume periods (holidays, limited-edition launches), production times may run slightly longer. We appreciate your patience — good things are worth the wait.
Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes! Once your order leaves our production facility, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. Make sure the email address you provide at checkout is correct.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel once the order is confirmed. Please double-check your size, style, and shipping address before completing checkout.

RETURNS & SIZING
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since every item is custom produced on demand for your order, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges. All sales are final. We encourage you to review our size charts carefully before ordering.

Exception: If your item arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring a shirt that fits you well and comparing to the listed measurements. When in doubt, size up — our apparel is designed to be comfortable and true to size.
